What do you need for 1 bowl?
- 1 banana
- 200 milliliters almond milk
- 1 large tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Vegan protein chocolate
- honey to taste (optional)
- choose your own toppings, for example banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, pistachio, dark chocolate flakes or granola
How do you make this smoothie bowl?
- Peel the banana and cut into quarters
- Put the banana together with the almond milk, Ekopura and the cocoa in a blender
- Blend into a smooth smoothie
- Taste and add honey if necessary and mix it again
- Put in a bowl and top with toppings of your choice
