Chocolate, banana and nut smoothie bowl

Start the day right with this smoothie bowl with plant-based milk, chocolate, nuts and banana: a filling, sweet start to the day!

What do you need for 1 bowl?

  • 1 banana
  • 200 milliliters almond milk
  • 1 large tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Vegan protein chocolate
  • honey to taste (optional)
  • choose your own toppings, for example banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, pistachio, dark chocolate flakes or granola

How do you make this smoothie bowl?

  1. Peel the banana and cut into quarters
  2. Put the banana together with the almond milk, Ekopura and the cocoa in a blender
  3. Blend into a smooth smoothie
  4. Taste and add honey if necessary and mix it again
  5. Put in a bowl and top with toppings of your choice
