Ingredients for the chia pudding:
- 25 ml soy milk - 2 tablespoons raspberries - 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds - 1 scoop Ekopura
- Handful of dried fruit
How do you prepare it?
Mash the raspberries and add the soy milk and 1 scoop Ekopura to this. Put this in the blender and finally add the chia seeds to the raspberries and the soy milk and stir well. Cover the bowl with the pudding and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning you will have a tasty, hearty pudding. We used dried fruit for the topping.
