Chia pudding with kiwi, berries and granola

Chia pudding has everything you need for a healthy breakfast. Healthy fats from the chia seeds, proteins, many vitamins (from the kiwi) and the necessary carbohydrates and fibers from the granola. This power breakfast gives you a full feeling and is also super tasty. Enjoy!


  • 100 ml almond milk or coconut milk
  • 15 grams of chia seeds
  • Kiwi
  • Bessen
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup to taste
  • 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
  • granola

How do you prepare it?

Mix the coconut milk/almond brand, matcha, chia seeds, vanilla, Ekopura and maple syrup together, put this in a closed jar and put in the fridge. After an hour, stir well again and put it back in the fridge for the next morning. Top it off with kiwi, berries and granola.
