Prickly pear protein smoothie
- 4 fresh prickly pears
- 1 banana
- Organic yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
- handful of granola
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
How do you prepare it?
- Halve and scoop out the prickly pears. Put these in a blender.
- Peel the bananas and put them in the blender as well.
- Pour the yogurt, granola and 1 scoop Ekopura Add and blend until you have a smooth smoothie.
