Today we share a recipe for this breakfast smoothie bowl with lots of fresh fruit and strawberry yogurt. Enjoy!
- Frozen banana pieces
- Organic strawberry curd or vegetable yogurt
- Apple, blue and red berries, strawberries
- Seeds and nuts
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla
How do you prepare it?
Mix the cottage cheese, frozen banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit, nuts and seeds on top.
