Ingredients

  • Frozen banana pieces
  • Organic strawberry curd or vegetable yogurt
  • Apple, blue and red berries, strawberries
  • Seeds and nuts
  • 1 scoop Ekopura vegan protein vanilla

How do you prepare it?

Mix the cottage cheese, frozen banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and blend until you have a nice smooth mixture. Pour into a bowl and finish by sprinkling fresh fruit, nuts and seeds on top.
