This granola breakfast cookies are delicious to start the day or a perfect snack on the go. They are healthy and easy to make. With a few ingredients you can make this delicious cookies on the table. Enjoy!
- Choose your favorite nuts, seeds, kernels and fruits (such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, dried apricots, dates and cranberries)
- shredded coconut
- Dark or white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 scoops Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
How do you make the cookies?
mix the Ekopura, banana, fruits, nuts, seeds and kernels in a bowl. Then add the coconut oil or olive oil, chocolate and honey. Make small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking tray on the baking paper. Press them a little more with your palm. Bake them for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
