Blueberry raspberry protein muffins

Are you looking for a healthy snack? Stop, look no further. How about these delicious blueberry raspberry protein muffins. The combination of blueberries and raspberries is a delicious sweet combination. We are fans!


    • 150 gr. whole wheat flour
    • A mix of blueberries and raspberries +/- 150 grams
    • 65 ml unsweetened branded almonds
    • Organic Greek yogurt +/- 250 grams
    • 100 gr. oatmeal
    • 2 tl baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1 scoop Ekopura Organic Whey

How do you make the muffins?

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line 12 muffin tins with paper or grease them with oil. Then mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix the remaining ingredients together. Set the blueberries and raspberries aside for a while, they will be added later. Mix the wet mixture and dry mixture well and finally gently stir the blueberries and raspberries through the mixture. Fill the muffin tins and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes. Then let them cool down and enjoy! enjoy.
