Banana cherries and protein cake

This airy summer banana cherry and protein cake is incredibly easy to make and ready in no time. A tasty and healthy snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients

- 225 grams of flour - 1 tsp baking soda - half a banana - Organic cherries without seeds - Pinch of salt - 75 grams of coconut blossom sugar - 1 lime - 90 ml of oil - 200 ml of almond milk - 1 scoop Ekopura purely natural of Ekopura vegan protein vanilla

How do you prepare it?

Grease a cake tin and preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in baking soda, salt and fine granulated sugar. Grate the zest of the lime and squeeze the juice. Add this together with the oil and almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk. Pour the batter into the baking tin and divide the cherries over it. Do not press them into the dough because they will sink a little while baking. Bake the cake for 40/50 minutes.
